- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've gone to this facility for about 9 years. Last year, I got pregnant with my first child. I never felt like I knew what was going on during the entire pregnancy. They don't give you any information about what to look for or what to expect or why they're doing what they're doing. And, if you don't know what questions to ask, they don't volunteer information. I never knew if I would see my doctor or someone else. And, when i saw someone else, it was obvious they weren't invested in me as a patient. At 33 weeks, I had a NST. Baby didn't move. Another doctor I've never seen before gave me a ultrasound (because my doctor was MIA again) and said everything looked good. When I told him my baby hasn't been moving much, he told me not to worry about it. Two days later, my baby was dead. When I went in to have them check, they scolded me for not calling sooner. Well, no one ever told me what to look for as warning signs or when to call. I know the outcome may not have changed, but I will forever wonder if it might have been different had the doctor cared enough to listen when I said my baby didn't move or if I had known what monitor and when to call.November 21, 2017by Malinda Ladd
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've had an excellent experience with Dr. Jones. I've found him to have both a thorough, professional attitude and a good bedside manner. I think I've had one appointment where I had a long wait (out of a dozen), and he was delivering a baby. I certainly can't be mad about that, as he personally delivered my son during office hours too. I have and will continue to recommend him to friends and family.February 23, 2017by Shell zie
